Marcos Acayaba is one of the most important Brazilian Architects of his generation.
From 1972-76 and since 1994 he is teaching as a Professor at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism (FAU) in São Paolo conducting extensive research on building materials and the production process.
His work is exploring diverse building types based on modernist architecture language and traditional construction techniques over the past 30 years of his career.
As part of the typology talks at TU Berlin he will hold a lecture about his works as well as giving insights into different building typologies.
